The tools on ofivio.xyz produce documents and perform calculations. This page says what those results are, and what they are not.
Not professional advice
Nothing produced here is legal, tax, accounting, financial, engineering or architectural advice. The tools do not know your circumstances, your contract, your client or the law where you are. A document generator can produce a competent-looking agreement and still be entirely wrong for your situation, and it will not tell you so.
Where a document carries real consequences — anything signed, filed, submitted, or relied on by someone else — have it reviewed by someone qualified to review it in your jurisdiction.
Documents you generate
Invoices, quotations, receipts, agreements, purchase orders and challans made here are starting points built from what you typed. They are not checked for legal validity, tax compliance or completeness, and requirements differ by country and often by trade.
Tax registration numbers, mandatory invoice fields, retention rules and the wording that makes a term enforceable are all your responsibility. The tool formats what you give it; it does not know what you are obliged to include.
Calculations
Where a tool calculates a quantity, a total or a rate, it applies a stated method to the numbers you enter. That is arithmetic, not engineering judgement.
Construction quantities in particular depend on specification, wastage, site conditions, local practice and the standard being worked to — none of which a calculator can see. Never order materials, price a tender or build from a figure produced here without a qualified person checking it. Treat every result as an estimate to be verified, and remember that a confident-looking number is not a correct one.
Accuracy and availability
We test these tools and we still cannot guarantee they behave correctly on every file, in every browser, in every case. Results may be incomplete, incorrect or unexpected. The site may be unavailable or change without notice.
Keep your originals and work on copies, particularly with anything that compresses, rewrites or re-encodes a file. Check what you download before you use it.
External links and advertising
Most pages carry advertising served by Google, and some pages link to other sites. We do not choose the individual advertisements, do not endorse them or the sites they lead to, and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or any dealing you have with them.
Your files
The tools run in your browser, so we never receive your documents. That is good for privacy and it also means we cannot recover anything for you — there is no copy on our side. If you close the tab before downloading, the work is gone.
