These terms govern your use of ofivio.xyz, the free tools published by Ofivio. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
1. What you get
The tools are free to use, including for commercial work, with no account, no payment and no limit on how often you use them. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the site for that purpose.
2. Your files and your work stay yours
You keep every right in the documents, images and text you use here, and in whatever you produce. Because the tools run in your own browser and nothing is transmitted to us, we never take possession of your material and acquire no rights in it whatsoever. We claim no licence over your content, because we never receive it.
3. Your responsibilities
- Only process material you have the right to process. You are responsible for that, and you are in the only position to know it.
- Do not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or produce anything fraudulent or misleading.
- Do not attack, overload, scrape at volume, or attempt to circumvent any part of the site or its security.
- Keep your originals. Work on copies, particularly with anything that compresses or rewrites a file.
4. Our intellectual property
The site itself — its name, design, text and code — belongs to Ofivio. Nothing here grants you the right to copy or republish it. The documents you generate with it are not covered by that and are entirely yours.
5. No warranty
The tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We build them carefully and use them ourselves, and we still cannot promise that every tool works correctly on every file, in every browser, for every purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ofivio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data or damaged files, arising from your use of this site — including any loss following from an incorrect, incomplete or unexpected result.
In plain terms: check the output before it matters. If a document is going to a client, a court, a bank or a printer, open it and read it first. Nothing on a free website should be the last check before something consequential leaves your hands.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Not professional advice
Some tools produce invoices, agreements, letters and receipts, and some perform calculations. These are conveniences and starting points, not legal, tax, accounting, financial or engineering advice, and they are not tailored to your circumstances or your jurisdiction. See the disclaimer.
8. Advertising and third parties
Most pages carry advertising served by Google. We do not choose the individual advertisements, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for the sites they lead to or for any dealing you have with an advertiser.
9. Changes and availability
We may add, change, withdraw or discontinue any tool at any time, and we may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction — without depriving you of any protection that the mandatory law of your own country of residence gives you.
