This notice explains what happens to your information when you use ofivio.xyz, the free tools published by Ofivio. It covers this site only. The ofivio.com platform is a separate product with accounts and stored data, and it has its own notice.
The short version: your files are processed on your own computer and are never sent to us. We do not ask who you are. We do use analytics, and most pages carry advertising, and both of those set cookies. The rest of this page is the detail.
1. Who is responsible
Ofivio, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is the controller of any personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@ofivio.com or through the contact page.
2. Your files are not uploaded
Every tool currently on this site runs entirely inside your web browser. When you merge a PDF, stamp a letterhead onto a document, generate an invoice or compress a photograph, the file is read by your browser, processed on your own machine, and written back out as a download.
It is never transmitted to us. We do not receive it, store it, read it or keep a copy, and we could not produce it if we were compelled to. Closing the tab discards everything, including anything you typed into a form.
The same applies to what you type. Company names, client addresses, amounts and notes entered into a document generator stay in the page and go into the PDF you download. They are not submitted anywhere.
If we ever add a tool that must send something to a server โ a tool that writes text using AI would have to โ that tool will say so plainly on its own page before you use it, and this section will be updated to describe exactly what is sent and how long it is kept.
3. We do not ask who you are
There is no account, no sign-up, no login and no newsletter on this site. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or payment details, and there is nothing here from which to build a profile of you.
4. What is collected automatically
Like any website, this one is served over the internet and some information is unavoidable or useful:
| What | Why | Who handles it |
|---|---|---|
| Pages visited, referrer, approximate country | To see which tools people use, so we know what to improve and build next | Google Analytics |
| Device type, browser, screen size | To make sure the tools work on what people actually use | Google Analytics |
| IP address, request logs | Serving the site and protecting it from abuse | Google Firebase Hosting |
| Advertising identifiers and cookies | Serving and measuring ads (see section 6) | Google AdSense and its partners |
None of this includes your files or their contents, because those never leave your machine.
5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which tools are used. Google processes that data on our behalf and sets cookies to do it. You can block those cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on, and every tool on this site will carry on working normally.
6. Advertising
Most pages on this site carry advertising through Google AdSense. That is how the tools stay free.
- Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings. Non-personalised ads may still be shown.
- You can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.eu.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked to consent before any advertising or analytics cookie is set, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time. Declining does not restrict any tool on this site. Everything here works identically with every cookie refused.
Some pages carry no advertising at all โ our letterhead and invoice tools among them. See the cookie policy for the detail of what is set and by whom.
7. Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)
- Consent โ analytics and advertising cookies. Asked for before they are set, and withdrawable at any time.
- Legitimate interests โ server logs kept briefly to serve the site and defend it against abuse.
We do not rely on contract or legal obligation as a basis here, because there is no account and no transaction.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the right to know what is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.
In practice there is very little for us to act on: we hold no account, no email address and none of your files, so there is usually nothing to retrieve or delete. Where the data sits with Google โ analytics and advertising โ the controls in sections 5 and 6 are the fastest route, and Google's own privacy tools give you direct access. Write to contact@ofivio.com and we will help with anything those do not cover.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the Google advertising described above, which you can decline.
9. Retention
We keep no files and no form contents, because we never receive them. Server logs are short-lived. Analytics and advertising data are retained by Google under its own retention settings and policies.
10. International transfers
This site is served by Google Firebase Hosting from a global network, and analytics and advertising data are processed by Google. That means data may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States, under Google's data transfer safeguards.
11. Children
These are business tools and they are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and there is no mechanism on this site by which a child could provide any.
12. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The strongest security property here is architectural rather than procedural: because your documents are never transmitted to us, there is no store of your files for anyone to breach, subpoena or mishandle. That is a deliberate design choice, not a by-product.
13. Other sites
Pages here link to ofivio.com and, in advertising, to sites we do not control. This notice does not cover them, and we are not responsible for their practices.
14. Changes
If what this page describes stops being accurate, the page changes with it. The date at the top is the last time it did. Material changes to how data is handled will be reflected here before the change takes effect, not after.
Effective 5 August 2026.
